Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. Who we are
Florida Medicare Simplified is the website name used by Bryce Davis, a licensed insurance agent, at floridamedicaresimplified.com. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Bryce Davis in connection with this website.
This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. This website provides insurance information and a way to request contact from a licensed insurance agent.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit when you request help: your first and last name, telephone number, ZIP code, an optional email address, and the Medicare topic you select. We also keep a record of your contact permission: the wording you agreed to, when you submitted the request, the page you submitted it from, and the IP address and browser details used to submit it.
Our hosting, security, and email providers process technical information needed to run the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, delivery records, and security logs. We also receive whatever you send us directly by phone or email.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment details, prescriptions, diagnoses, or medical records through the website form or ordinary email. If we need more information to help you, we will explain a suitable way to provide it.
3. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your request and explain the Medicare topics you selected.
- Contact you within the permission you gave and manage follow-up.
- Keep consent records, honor requests not to be contacted, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
- Run and protect the website, prevent spam and misuse, and fix technical problems.
- Respond to lawful requests, complaints, audits, or regulatory requirements.
Help requests are sent to Bryce Davis at brycedavis98@gmail.com. Form and consent records are also kept in the website’s restricted administrative area and in backups.
4. Your permission to be contacted
Visiting this website or reading this policy does not give permission for marketing calls. The help-request form uses a separate, unchecked permission box that names Bryce Davis and the purpose of the contact.
That box asks for permission for manually placed telephone calls about the Medicare topic you select, including insurance options, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. It does not authorize marketing text messages, automated dialing, artificial or prerecorded voice calls, or unrelated marketing emails. Giving an optional email address does not subscribe you to a marketing email list.
Your permission is voluntary and is not a condition of buying insurance. A request does not enroll you in a plan, change your Medicare coverage, or obligate you to buy anything. It is also separate from a Scope of Appointment, which we obtain when required before a personal marketing appointment.
This website focuses on Florida. If you live outside Florida, you may still ask for contact. On the call, we will explain which organizations and plans we offer and what we can help with where you live.
You can withdraw permission at any time by telling Bryce Davis on a call or emailing brycedavis98@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the phone number or email address. We will honor your request and may keep a limited record so we do not contact you again.
5. When information is shared
We do not sell or rent your website inquiries or contact-permission records, and we do not give them to other businesses for their own marketing.
Service providers that support our website hosting, form processing, email delivery, security, and backups may process information as needed to provide those services. Access is limited to people and providers who need it.
If you later ask for a quote, application, or other insurance service, necessary information may go to the relevant insurance company or enrollment platform as part of that service, under any notices and authorizations that apply. Those services have their own privacy notices.
If sharing your information with another third-party marketing organization for Medicare marketing or enrollment requires prior express written consent, we will get that consent first. The request will name each receiving organization and let you accept or reject sharing with each one separately. This policy and your general contact permission do not replace that consent.
We may also disclose information when the law, valid legal process, or regulatory oversight requires it, or when legally permitted and necessary to protect against fraud or security threats.
6. Cookies and website technology
We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor-analytics tool, advertising pixels, remarketing audiences, session-replay tools, or third-party data enrichment on this website. The website and its service providers use cookies and similar technology only where needed to operate the site, keep it secure, and remember basic preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser; turning them off may affect some site functions.
We use Google Search Console, a free tool that shows us how our website appears in Google search results, such as which search terms and pages were shown. It reports search activity, not personal information about individual visitors.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, a browser privacy signal such as Global Privacy Control has nothing to opt you out of on this site. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy first and provide any notices or choices required. We will not intentionally include information you enter in the help form in any tracking or advertising event.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the information we handle. No website, email service, or storage system is completely secure, so please use the form only for basic callback information.
We keep information as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services you ask for, show evidence of your permission, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal, regulatory, and carrier recordkeeping requirements. Some compliance records must be kept after contact permission ends. When records are no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of them, subject to backup cycles and required retention.
If a later insurance sales or marketing call must be recorded, we will give the required notice and get any consent the law requires. Those recording requirements are separate from this website’s form.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop contacting you, or raise a privacy concern by emailing brycedavis98@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first. Some records cannot be deleted because of legal, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations.
Residents of some states have additional privacy rights under state law. We will handle your request under the law that applies to you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. You can browse the educational pages without submitting a help request.
9. Other websites, children, and where this site is meant to be used
Links to Medicare.gov, insurance companies, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy policies, which this policy does not control.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
This website is meant for people in the United States, with a focus on Florida. It is not intended for visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest revision at the top. When required, we will give extra notice or get new permission before using information we already collected for a materially different purpose. A policy update alone does not widen your marketing permission.

This website privacy policy does not replace a health plan’s privacy notice or any separate insurance privacy notice that applies to services you receive.
